Lesson Sign-Up

We are offering online lessons (via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, etc.) as well as in-person lessons at our facility. Sign up here and choose your preference!

To sign up for lessons, please fill out this registration form within 3 weeks of when you are able to start weekly lessons.  Sign up today only if you are able to start within the next three weeks.  For example, if you want to start lessons in mid-May, please wait until late-April before signing up.

Once you have successfully submitted this form, we will contact you (usually via email) to schedule your weekly lesson time and complete the sign-up process.

If you are under 18 years old, your parent must fill out this form and your parent's Email and Phone must be provided.

Lessons cost $35 per half-hour session, and occur once per week at the same time each and every week (no exceptions). We do not provide "every other week" lessons.  We do not provide group lessons (all lessons are 1-on-1, with 1 student and 1 instructor).  We do not offer flexible scheduling to accommodate irregular work schedules or travel for work.  

The first lesson is a trial lesson and payment for this single lesson is due at the time of the lesson. If you continue beyond the first lesson, then lessons are paid for via monthly tuition. All payments are made directly to your instructor. All in-person lessons take place at our facility located at 2818 Index Rd, Fitchburg, WI.
